We have two distinct and exciting graduate programs, Options and Futures. On either program, you will follow our world-renowned Capital Markets Training Program (CMTP) to build the knowledge, skills and confidence to join live client projects and make a real impact early in your career.

• The Options Program is our primary graduate program, which is split into distinct streams based on our client’s key focus areas. We look for talented graduates with a strong background in STEM, Finance, Economics, or related subjects who are passionate about building their career at FD within Capital Markets.
• The Futures Program is a unique entry point for technology-minded graduates who are interested in a career in FinTech. We welcome applications from motivated individuals, from any academic background, who have the drive to succeed at FD.

GRADUATE CONSULTANTS

What does it mean to be a graduate consultant?

As a graduate consultant, you will be immersed in an established team to help develop tailored and creative solutions to help our clients solve their most dynamic business challenges. You will initially join a structured training programme for the first 4 to 6 weeks and then begin working in a client-facing role, either working on-site with your client or working from a project team based in one of our 15 global offices. Over the course of the two-year graduate program, you will have a mix of training courses and varying client projects, which is specifically designed to give you both the experience and core skills you need to fast track your career.

We truly believe here at FD Technologies plc that there are always opportunities to grow! As part of our graduate program, you will also join the Capital Markets Training Programme (CMTP), giving you the unique opportunity to expand your skillset and potential. Each stream of our graduate program has a dedicated training path to help you upskill in the field you are most passionate about! For example, on our Software Engineering or Data Science pathway, you will be exposed to exciting technologies such as the market-leading kdb+ database and q analytics language, Python, Hadoop, SAP HANA and more. Meanwhile, Financial Engineers and Trading Technologists will expand their financial and technical knowledge to develop specialist skills across business analysis, project management, and more.
